    Confirm your insurance eligibility through Headway when self-scheduling.

  • Yes, Orange Pacific Mental Health providers are licensed to prescribe medications as medically appropriate to the individual.

  • We utilize brief psychotherapy techniques— such as CBT or motivational interviewing— within the same appointment with medication management, to help foster a multi-faceted approach to mental health treatment. But we do not offer full sessions of talk therapy without medication management at this time.
