The website is not the clinic
Orange Pacific Mental Health is a telehealth psychiatry practice. This website is how most people find it. Care itself does not happen here.
There is no intake form on this domain. Booking, insurance checks and video visits run on Headway. Headway’s own terms of service govern the account you create there.
How this site handles visits, messages and analytics is on the privacy policy. If you become a patient, the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices comes through that process, not this page.
What the pages are
Copy on this site is information, not a diagnosis
The articles and location pages describe how the practice works. They are not medical advice for you, and they are not a substitute for an evaluation. A diagnosis and a prescription, if either is appropriate, come from an appointment with the prescriber.
Do not use this website, the published phone line, or email for emergencies. Call 911, or call or text 988.
If you book
Care is for adults, in four states, by video
The practice treats adults 18 and up. It is licensed in California, Oregon, Washington and Arizona. For a visit, you need to be physically in one of those states at the time of the appointment.
Every appointment is by telehealth. The four listed addresses are registered offices, not waiting rooms you walk into.
Self-pay is published as $280 first visit, $130 follow-ups. If you use insurance, Headway checks your plan and shows you the cost before you book. Those figures can change.
Using the site
Read it, book from it, do not pretend to be us
You may use this website to learn about the practice and to follow a booking link. You may not scrape it, overload it, or copy the pages to run a lookalike. You may not use the published number or email to harass the practice.
The words, layout and mark on this site belong to Orange Pacific Mental Health unless a credit says otherwise. Do not reuse them as your own.
If something on the site is wrong
We try to keep the pages accurate. They can still lag.
Hours, insurance lists, prices and licensing can change faster than a page does. If a fact on the site disagrees with what Headway or the practice tells you when you book, the booking conversation wins.
This website is offered as-is. We are not liable for a decision you make from reading it without an appointment, or for the site being down. That sentence is about the website. It is not a waiver of responsibility for care you actually receive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without picking a different state’s rules. The practice address of record is 207 N Fir St, 2nd Floor, Sisters, OR 97759.
If the way this website works changes in a way that affects these terms, we will update this page. The effective date is 13 September 2026.
