Yes. Orange Pacific Mental Health is a psychiatric practice rather than a therapy service, and prescribing is most of what it does. Evaluations and medication management for adults 18 and up, by telehealth, anywhere in California, Oregon, Washington or Arizona.
What follows is what the practice actually does, including with controlled substances, so you can decide whether to book before you spend money finding out.
Where it starts
Nothing is prescribed before the evaluation
Every patient starts with a full psychiatric evaluation rather than a fifteen-minute intake. That appointment is where the diagnosis is made, and the diagnosis is what any prescription follows from. A practice that reverses the order is doing something else.
The evaluation covers your history, what you have already tried, what worked and what did not, and the conditions that imitate one another. Anxiety, depression and chronic sleep deprivation all produce attention problems, and treating the wrong one is the usual reason someone concludes a medication did not work for them.
Conditions treated include ADHD, generalized anxiety and panic disorder, depression and persistent depressive disorder, PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, OCD, bipolar disorders, insomnia, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, and stress-related conditions.
Controlled substances
ADHD, stimulants, and what the rules actually allow
ADHD is diagnosed at a full psychiatric evaluation. Once there is a diagnosis, both stimulant and non-stimulant options are on the table and get discussed properly, including what each one does, what it does not do, and what monitoring looks like.
The practice prescribes stimulants by telehealth in line with DEA regulations, and follows the post-COVID extension under the Ryan Haight Act. Those rules have been renewed more than once, so if anything about them changes for your situation, you will hear it from your prescriber rather than finding out at a pharmacy counter.
What that does not mean is a prescription on request. Whether a controlled medication is appropriate is a clinical decision made after the evaluation, the same way it would be in an office. If a stimulant is not the right answer for you, you will be told why, and what the alternatives are.

Do I have to come into an office?
No. Every appointment in all four states is by telehealth. The practice keeps offices in Sisters, Glendale, Bellevue and Tempe, and is not seeing patients in person at any of them at this time.
Which states can you prescribe in?
California, Oregon, Washington and Arizona. You need to be physically located in one of those states at the time of your appointment, which is a licensing requirement rather than a practice preference.
