The website and the clinic are not the same system
Orange Pacific Mental Health is a telehealth psychiatry practice. This website is how most people find it. Care itself does not happen here.
There is no intake form on this domain. Booking goes to Headway, which verifies coverage, hosts the visit and holds the account you create there. Headway’s own privacy policy governs that.
Notes from an appointment, prescriptions and anything else in your chart are health information held by the practice and by Headway. If you become a patient, you will get the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices through that process. This page does not replace it.
What this site sees
Pages you open, not a medical history
The host’s server records ordinary request data: the address of the page, the time, your IP address, and a browser user agent. That is how any website stays up, and it is not a chart.
Google tags run through Google Site Kit so we can see which pages get visits, if you accept the cookie notice. You can refuse analytics. That is analytics on this website. It is not your clinical file, and it should not be treated as one.
The typefaces load from Google Fonts. Google can see that a browser requested those files from this site.
WordPress and the host may set cookies needed to run the site (a logged-in session, a cache). We do not run a separate marketing pixel, and this site does not have a newsletter signup.
When you write to us
Calls, texts and email go to the practice, not into a website form
The published number is (503) 987-3135. Calls and texts to that line reach the practice. Email sent to admin@orangepacificmh.com lands in that inbox.
If you describe symptoms, medications or other health details in a text or an email, treat that as a message to the clinic, not as a website comment. Do not use those channels in an emergency. Call 911, or call or text 988.
We use those messages to answer you and, if you book, to connect you with care. We do not sell them, and we do not put them on this website.
Who else sees it
The companies that have to see a request in order to serve the page
The website host, Google (analytics and fonts), and Headway (if you follow a booking link) each receive what they need to do that job. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share website visits with data brokers.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
Your requests
Ask, and say which system you mean
Email admin@orangepacificmh.com if you want to know what this website has about you, want a correction, or want website-related information deleted. Say whether you mean this site, a text or email you sent, or a Headway account, because those are different places.
If you are in California, that same email is the route for those requests about information this website collected. Headway account requests go to Headway.
Server logs live with the host for as long as that host keeps them. Messages stay in the inbox or the phone log until they are no longer needed for the conversation they belong to.
Age
This practice is for adults 18 and up
The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.
